Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
✔️ Damaged or defective products- If your treats arrive broken, spoiled, or otherwise defective, please provide photos of the issue and contact us within 7 days.
✔️ Incorrect order received - “ If we sent the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no extra cost.
✔️Missing items - “ If part of your order is missing, we will ship the missing items or issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
❌Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened treat packages.
❌Refunds will not be issued for personal taste preferences or dogs disliking a specific flavor
❌ Subscription boxes are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email us at caninecravings.shop@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. If a replacement is approved, we will ship your new order promptly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
